Personal-use licence
- Each account is licensed to one named individual for their own personal use.
- No sharing of credentials, no household sharing, and no team access.
- No resale, sublicensing, or white-label use of the product or its outputs as a service.
- No creating business plans, offers, or customer plans for clients or other people using your account.
- You may create multiple projects for yourself, up to the limit on your account.
Acceptable use
- No automated access, scraping of generated content, or attempts to extract prompts or scoring logic.
- No attempts to access other users' data or to bypass security, limits, or licensing controls.
- Access may be suspended or ended for abuse, credential sharing, or breach of these terms.
Your responsibility
- You are responsible for your own business decisions and for complying with the laws and professional rules that apply to you.
- Outputs are suggestions generated for you. They require your judgement and are not legal, tax, financial, medical or other professional advice.

Governing law, liability limits, dispute resolution, IP ownership of outputs, termination, and changes to terms.
